Find your way back to the basics! This phase is all about building a strong foundation, which you need if you want long term results. You and your coach will work together to to dial in on your current habits and create a plan you can feel confident in.
Time to take it to the next level! This phase is all about expanding on the foundation you built in phase one and dialing in even further on your nutrition plan and your mindset behind food and fitness. Your coach will work with you to dig deep into understanding the why behind the choices you make so that you can start to overcome old self-destructive patterns and thoughts.
Maintaining your results a lifetime! No more on the wagon/off the wagon. This phase is all about making your changes permanent by understanding the importance of shifting your identity, learning how to navigate the unexpected, and building a long-term game plan so that you never have to "start over" ever again.

We know everybody is different, so before the program begins, you'll select 1 of the 3 nutrition paths available. Daily workouts are not provided, but we will provide education, tips, and general suggestions for those looking to improve their fitness.
Of course! While this is a group coaching program, you will still have the support of a coach who will check in with you weekly, answer any questions you have, provide feedback, and help you navigate this 8-week program with confidence.
Yes. The start date is April 4, 2022. Everyone participating will start on the same day. You will gain access to the app and program materials the week prior.
Your first payment is due at the time you sign-up for the group coaching program and will count as your week 1 payment. Weekly payments will resume on April 11.
