After many miserable years spent trying every diet under the sun, the problem-solver in me knew there had to be a better, more enjoyable way to help people live healthy while still living life to the fullest. 

So, I kicked everything I thought I knew about fitness and nutrition to the curb, redefined what healthy meant for me, and now, after almost 10 years in the health and fitness industry, have been able to help women discover what healthy looks like for them, too. No more restrictions. No more yo-yo-ing between diets. No more avoiding ice cream like the plague. Just simple, sustainable habits and routines that allow them to live the life they always imagined.

I’ve been in the nutrition and fitness coaching space for 7+ years, so I’ve seen first-hand how much the current diet and fitness industry is failing people. 

I used to be a chronic dieter and finally got sick of feeling like a failure. I was so frustrated trying to do what “worked” for other people and wanted to finally find something that worked for ME. 

So I ditched all the rules and started from scratch, creating a realistic process for building “the Lydia method.” Finally, I felt like I could achieve my goals and enjoy my life at the same time, so I started helping others break out of diet jail and discover the freedom in building their own method. 

Now, I help people live healthy without losing their minds (and giving up everything they love).

Taking care of your health shouldn’t require a PhD. We focus on the fundamentals of fitness and nutrition to build a strong foundation that lasts. Why make things more complicated than they need to be? 

The most important thing when improving your fitness and nutrition is that it makes sense for YOUR life. Forcing yourself into following rules that feel foreign and rigid only leads to frustration- and there’s no need for that.  

If what you have to do to reach your goals isn’t sustainable, than your results won’t be either. That’s why we focus on habits that will last so that your results last, too.
